Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Lone Star College students are not eligible to work in the Assessment Center as a Proctor due to test security conflicts.
• Undergraduate students are not eligible to administer CLEP or related exams.

Responsibilities

• Administers exams and monitors students throughout the duration of the exams
• Provides testing instructions/information to students, and assists students and faculty in person, by e-mail, and by phone
• Receives and logs incoming tests from instructors
• Documents delivery and returns tests to instructors
• Maintains tests in a secure environment
• Makes sound, ethical judgments regarding exam security
• Performs administrative support tasks (files, statistics, scoring in database)
• Troubleshoot test errors and equipment failure
• Other duties as assigned
