Job summary

Snapology Gig Harbor delivers hands-on STEAM learning for kids ages 5-12 through classes, camps, and parties in Gig Harbor and surrounding areas. We are seeking an organized, part-time coordinator to keep calendars, kits, and communication in sync.

You will manage scheduling across events, connect with families to tailor experiences, restock and organize LEGO and robot kits, and prep spaces for weekend celebrations; collaborate with instructors and schools and post updates to social media.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy systems, checklists, and proactive planning.
• Clear and warm communication with families, schools, and instructors.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, spreadsheets, and basic scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the calendar for parties, after-school programs, camps, and events across multiple locations.
• Talk with families to understand their vision and tailor the party experience.
• Manage materials by organizing and restocking LEGO/robot/program kits.
• Prepare spaces, keep classrooms clean and ready for weekend birthdays.
• Support instructors, schools, and owners with day-to-day logistics.
• Post updates to Snapology Gig Harbor’s social media.
