Job summary

Snapology Gig Harbor is seeking a part-time coordinator to keep classes, camps, and birthday parties running smoothly. You’ll manage calendars across parties and programs, communicate with families to tailor experiences, and ensure LEGO kits and program materials are stocked and ready.

This role requires strong organization, friendly communication, and comfort with Google Suite and scheduling tools. You’ll work with instructors and schools, help prep spaces, and post occasional updates to

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the calendar across parties, after-school programs, camps, and events.
• Talk with families to tailor party experiences.
• Manage materials and restock LEGO and robot kits.
• Prep spaces and ensure classrooms are clean and stocked before weekend events.
• Support instructors, schools, and owners on day-to-day logistics.
• Post to social media to keep Snapology's accounts updated.
