No sales experience is required and paid training is provided. The role involves flexible, part-time hours at various retail locations with a focus on events and lead tracking via mobile devices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff retail locations, booths, and community events; engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations; educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule qualified free in-home consultations; represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way.
• Assist with event setup and teardown; track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.
