Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events Agent to represent the brand at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations in Des Moines. You’ll engage homeowners, share information about our products, and schedule free in-home consultations. No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly conversations, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand for extended periods while driving lead generation and event success.

Responsibilities

• Staff retail locations, booths, and community events
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
• Educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Schedule qualified free in-home consultations
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way
• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone
