Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events Agent to represent our brand at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. You will meet homeowners, explain products, and schedule free in-home consultations while promoting a professional brand image.

No sales experience is required, as paid training is provided. The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends at territory-based events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff retail locations, booths, and community events.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule qualified free in-home consultations.
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way.
• Assist with event setup and teardown.
• Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.
