Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events Agent to represent the brand at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations in Des Moines. You’ll engage homeowners, share information about our products, and schedule free in-home consultations. No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly conversations, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand for extended periods while driving lead generation and event success.

EVENTS AGENT

Location: Des Moines | Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonuses

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for an outgoing and dependable Events Agent to represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, schedule free in-home consultations, and track leads and activity. You'll spend most of your time working promotional events and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Territory-based assignments.
