Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking an Events Agent for part-time promotional work at retail locations, community events, and activations. You will connect with homeowners, introduce our products, and schedule free in-home consultations, all while representing the brand professionally.

No sales experience is required and paid training is provided. You’ll need strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently at various events and locations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Independent worker who can stand for extended periods.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Staff retail locations, booths, and community events.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule qualified free in-home consultations.
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way.
• Assist with event setup and teardown.
• Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.
