No sales experience is required and paid training is provided. The role involves flexible, part-time hours at various retail locations with a focus on events and lead tracking via mobile devices.

EVENTS AGENT Location: Des Moines | Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonuses

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an outgoing and dependable Events Agent to represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, schedule free in-home consultations, and track leads and activity. You’ll spend most of your time working promotional events and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance. Benefits include paid training, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Territory-based assignments.
