Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for The Oncenter in Syracuse. You will supervise Facilities staff, oversee venue setup, cleaning, maintenance, and event-related activities, and ensure operations run safely and on schedule.

You will coordinate with Operations leadership, train employees, and manage day-to-day facility readiness before, during, and after events. A strong focus on safety, communication, and reliability is essential for success in this role.

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with facility operations in venues/events/hospitality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and coworkers.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Facilities staff across shifts and coordinate event setups.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet event timelines.
• Inspect setups, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure standards.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Coordinate venue conversions, setups, breakdowns, and post-event cleanups.
• Respond to events and escalate safety or facility issues as needed.
• Maintain shift logs and equipment records.
