Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and physical stamina. Background checks and a security license as required by local laws may apply; schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment arrangement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to attendees.
• Collaborate with event staff and security personnel for safety.
• Help manage crowd flow and entry/exit points.
• Respond promptly to security incidents per protocol.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Resolve attendee concerns calmly and professionally.
