Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group invites applications for a Part-Time Hospitality Service Technician in NYC. You will join the Operations team and help maintain top-tier service across Convene locations, collaborating with Culinary, Production and Technology teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience.
• Coffee experience and basic food & beverage knowledge are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with varied/extended hours as needed.
• Food Hygiene/Food Handling and TIPS Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service in alignment with Brand Standards; anticipate and accommodate client needs.
• Set up, maintain, replenish, and break down Food & Beverage stations and rooms; follow SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, well-stocked work environment; uphold sanitation and presentation.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menus, recipes, and event details to support service delivery.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties; cleaning, polishing, restocking.
• Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties to uphold service excellence.
