Job summary

The Augusta Civic Center (ACC) is seeking to hire Event Security Staff to safeguard staff, clients, customers, and property while supporting events at our busy public facility. You will be a key contact for clients, staff, and visitors, helping maintain a secure environment and respond to situations during events.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of customer service and supervisory experience, and certifications in CPR/AED, Crowd Manager within 30 days, and TIPs or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of customer service experience with supervisory exposure.
• CPR/AED, Crowd Manager Certification within 30 days; TIPs or Alcohol Server Certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard staff, clients, customers and property at the Civic Center.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, staff and visitors, and provide clear direction.
• Respond to safety concerns and assist with emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with ACC staff and emergency services as needed.
