Responsibilities

• Collects tickets, welcomes and ushers guests, and provides customer service.
• Directs foot traffic and ensures cleanliness and safety in designated areas.
• Assists with event day preparation and execution.
• Verifies entry credentials and guides guests as they enter venues.
• Greets guests warmly and provides directions to enhance their experience.
