Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior event security experience is a plus, as is strong communication and teamwork. This position offers part-time hours at $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with ability to work with diverse colleagues.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup like equipment and signage.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service and directions to attendees.
• Coordinate with staff and security to maintain safety.
• Assist crowd management and flow of attendees.
• Respond to incidents following established protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Handle attendee concerns calmly and professionally.
