Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation required; drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional appearance and judgment; able to work overtime.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, may collect/scan tickets and verify wristbands.
• Directs foot traffic and guides guests throughout the venue.
• Greets guests warmly and provides directions to enhance their experience.
• Maintains guest safety and delivers superior customer service.
• Upholds policies and procedures of venues and events.
