Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to exercise good judgment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event day preparation and execution.
• Welcome, usher, and direct guests and collect tickets as needed.
• Direct foot traffic and monitor venue entrances and concourses.
• Provide friendly, accurate directions and information to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and help with venue operations.
