Job summary

DECC seeks an Event Security staff member to help create a safe and positive atmosphere for Duluth’s large events. You will uphold safety policies under the guidance of the Safety and Security Manager and serve attendees with professional discretion.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, de-escalating tense situations, and patrolling arenas, parking ramps, and skywalk. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and be available for day/evening shifts, including some holidays,
