Job summary

The Hampton Social - Orlando, FL is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator for a part-time role dedicated to managing all aspects of event sales and planning at our Orlando location. You will collaborate with the Event Sales Manager, guests, and internal teams to deliver exceptional events and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include menu creation, BEO development, lead follow-up with clients, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Experience in event sales, coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tripleseat, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and OpenTable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event sales and planning.
• Lead BEO pre-shifts when ESM is not present.
• Create menus for events, ensuring client preferences and dietary needs.
• Build BEOs outlining event details and requirements.
• Maintain and manage event supply inventory; assist in marketing tools.
• Attend weekly meetings with GM and ESM to discuss progress and strategies.
• Participate in marketing efforts with Marketing department, GM and ESM.
