Peachtree Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating client inquiries, bookings and events for our hotel properties. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling calls and emails and working with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves generating proposals, preparing details for clients and suppliers, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating events and client inquiries in hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to liaise with multiple hotel departments.

Mansioni

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
