Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily/weekly show schedules for staff.
• Support Production Manager with staffing and labor cost control.
• Maintain budget and track financial aspects of the department.
• Oversee stage, sound, and lighting crews and equipment.
• Coordinate with Talent Buyer and Operations for show details.
• Advance technical and hospitality details for shows/events.
• Maintain filing system of past show files and vendor records.
• Ensure safe and consistent operation of equipment.
