  • Assist with setup and breakdown of event facilities (lifting, moving, arranging tables/chairs).
  • Store equipment neatly and refresh function areas during events.
  • Assist with vendor/consultant relationships and monitor deliveries.
  • Inspect and report maintenance issues and ensure policy compliance.
