Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities.
• Ability to maintain effective customer relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide general information about room assignments, maintenance issues, and transportation.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms and maintain guest relations.
• Assist guests with luggage and arrange reservations, tee times, and appointments.
• Track airline changes and confirm flight schedules.
• Provide property tours and share estate history with guests.
• Assist with guest transportation and provide directions on/off the property.
