Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Event Setup Housemen to perform setup and tear down for events, handle housekeeping and light maintenance tasks. The role is paid at an hourly rate of $16.50 and is open on a part-time basis with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other equipment according to diagrams.
• Tears down equipment and cleans spaces after events.
• Maintains cleanliness of event spaces and storage areas.
• Keeps corridors and storage areas organized and unobstructed.
• Reads room diagrams and event resumes to prepare spaces accordingly.
• Interacts with staff and event planners to address needs and requests.
