Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Exterior Facilities Specialist to maintain the cleanliness of external space and assist with equipment operation. The role offers varying shifts based on event activity.

It pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is open for part-time applicants. This position will remain open until November 13, 2026, with opportunities to support events and maintain venue appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Willingness to learn to safely operate pressure washers, utility vehicles, and heavy maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail for public-facing venue presentation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to shifting event schedules, evenings, or weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal across all entryways, glass surfaces, walkways and exterior walls.
• Sweep driveways, parking areas, loading docks, and landscaped zones to clear litter and hazards.
• Safely operate facility equipment including pressure washers, compactors, carts, and lifts.
• Collaborate with event staff to prepare, clean, and reset outdoor event spaces.
• Conduct daily walkthrough inspections and report safety concerns or repairs.
• Perform high-reach cleaning and exterior maintenance using ladders and access tools.
