Product Connections, a unit of Acosta Group, seeks Lead Event Specialists to conduct in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club, engaging customers, sharing product features, and providing samples. The role supports event operations and serves as a resource for teammates.

No prior demonstration experience is required; training is provided. The position offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and part-time benefits within a dynamic retail setting.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet/computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional certifications may be required by local regulations.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds occasionally).
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.

Mansioni

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
