Job summary

Product Connections is hiring Lead Event Specialists to run in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will engage customers, present product features, serve samples, and assist operations and audits. No prior demo experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service,food service or team leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
