Renken Remodeling seeks a friendly Part-Time Event Lead Generator to represent us at home shows, community events, and retail locations. You will engage attendees, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom consultations with our design team.

This seasonal, on-site role offers flexible evenings and weekends, training, and the chance to gain hands-on marketing and sales experience while helping homeowners start their bathroom projects.

Qualificações

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people throughout the day.
• Friendly, confident, positive, and professional communication style.
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to make a great first impression.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, digital lead form, scheduling system, or basic CRM tools.
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods during events.
• Able to lift, carry, and set up light event materials.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
• Sales, customer service, appointment-setting, retail, home improvement, or event experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Renken Remodeling professionally at events.
• Greet attendees and start conversations about bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain the value of a free bathroom consultation.
• Collect homeowner contact information and project details.
• Schedule qualified appointments using phone, tablet, CRM, or scheduling platforms.
• Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming event display area.
• Assist with light setup and tear-down of event materials.
• Communicate event results and leads to the Renken Remodeling team promptly.
• Follow lead qualification, privacy, and brand guidelines.
