Job summary

Renken Remodeling is seeking a Part-Time Event Lead Generator to represent the company at home shows, community events, and retail locations. You will engage attendees, explain our bathroom remodeling services, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom consultations.

Qualifications

Ability to approach and engage attendees at events.
Excellent customer-service and first impression skills.
Comfort with mobile devices and basic CRM tools.
Able to stand for long periods and lift light event materials.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Represent Renken Remodeling professionally at events and promotions.
Greet attendees and discuss bathroom remodeling needs and interests.
Explain the value of a free bathroom consultation.
Collect homeowner contact information and project details.
Schedule qualified appointments using phone, tablet, CRM, or scheduling platform.
Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
Maintain an organized event display area.
Assist with setup and teardown of event materials.
Communicate results and leads to the team promptly.
Follow lead-qualification procedures and brand messaging.
