Renken Remodeling is seeking an outgoing Part-Time Event Lead Generator to represent our bathroom remodeling services at home shows, community events, and retail locations. You will engage attendees, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom consultation appointments.

This seasonal, part-time role offers flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Training and talking points are provided to help you confidently promote our services and support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Ability to start conversations and represent the brand professionally.
• Comfort with using simple tech for lead capture and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renken Remodeling at home shows, events, and promotions.
• Greet attendees and discuss bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain the value of a free bathroom consultation.
• Collect homeowner contact details and project information.
• Schedule qualified appointments using a light tech stack.
• Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming event display area.
• Assist with setup and teardown of event materials.
• Communicate results to the Renken Remodeling team promptly.
• Follow lead-qualification and privacy procedures.
