Renken Remodeling is seeking a personable Event Lead Generator to represent the company at home shows, community events, and promotional venues. You will engage homeowners, collect qualified leads, and coordinate free in-home bathroom consultation appointments.

This part-time, seasonal role offers flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with compensation tied to performance and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to engage attendees and collect lead information.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer-service and first-impression skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renken Remodeling at events and shows.
• Greet attendees and discuss bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain the value of a free in-home consultation.
• Collect contact details and schedule appointments.
• Maintain an organized event display and assist with setup/teardown.
• Report results and leads to the team promptly.
