Renken Remodeling, a bathroom remodeling specialist, is seeking an outgoing Event Lead Generator to represent the company at home shows, community events, and retail locations. You will collect qualified leads and schedule free in-home bathroom design consultations with our design team.

This part-time, seasonal role includes weekday, evening, and weekend events. No remodeling expertise required; training and talking points are provided to help you engage homeowners effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renken Remodeling at local events, home shows, retail promotions, and community outreach opportunities.
• Greet attendees and initiate conversations about bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain the value of a free bathroom consultation.
• Collect homeowner contact information and project details.
• Schedule qualified appointments using a phone, tablet, CRM, scheduling platform, or other light technology systems.
• Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain an organized event display area.
• Assist with setup and teardown of event materials.
• Communicate event results and appointment information to the team.
