Renken Remodeling is seeking a Part-Time Event Lead Generator to represent our bathroom remodeling services at home shows, community events, and retail locations. You will engage attendees, explain services, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom design consultations with our design team.

This role is part-time and seasonal, with hours that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people throughout the day.
• Friendly, confident, positive, and professional communication style.
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to make a great first impression.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, digital lead form, scheduling system, or basic CRM tools.
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods during events.
• Able to lift, carry, and set up light event materials.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
• Sales, customer service, appointment-setting, retail, home improvement, or event experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renken Remodeling at home shows, events, and promotions.
• Greet attendees and discuss bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain value of a free bathroom consultation.
• Collect homeowner contacts and project details.
• Schedule qualified appointments using phone, tablet, CRM, or scheduling platforms.
• Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain organized display area and assist with setup/teardown.
• Communicate results and leads to the team promptly.
