Job summary

Renken Remodeling in Richmond, VA seeks an outgoing Part-Time Event Lead Generator to represent us at home shows, community events, and retail locations. You will engage attendees, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom consultation appointments with our design team.

This seasonal role offers flexible weekend/evening hours, on-site event work, and training. No remodeling experience required; you will be supported with talking points and tools to promote our bathroom

Qualifications

Comfortable approaching new people at events.
Excellent verbal communication.
Strong customer-service skills.
Able to use smartphone/tablet and basic CRM.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift light materials.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Represent Renken Remodeling professionally at local events, home shows, retail promotions, and community outreach opportunities.
Greet attendees and initiate conversations about bathroom remodeling needs.
Explain the value of a free bathroom consultation.
Collect accurate homeowner contact information and project details.
Schedule qualified appointments using a phone, tablet, CRM, scheduling platform, or light tech.
Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
Maintain a clean, welcoming event display area.
Assist with setup and tear-down of event materials.
Communicate event results and leads to the team promptly.
Follow company procedures for lead qualification and privacy.
