Job summary

Legends Global, at the Pensacola Bay Center, is seeking a Part-Time Line Prep/Cook to support the Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing hot and cold foods, follow recipes, and maintain high sanitation standards under the direction of the Executive Chef or Lead Line Cook.

Applicants should have at least two years of food service prep experience, a current ServSafe Certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in food service as prep cook preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification.
• Ability to communicate well, both written and orally.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of cut vegetables, baked goods, and cold sauces.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards.
• Label and date food items for storage and maintain sanitation.
• Produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment.
