Job summary

Legends Global is seeking Part Time Event Staff for events at the BMO Center, Coronado Theatre, and Davis Park in Rockford, IL. Under the direction of the Guest Services and Security Manager, you will assist guests, help with seating, and ensure safety and smooth operations during events.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, can work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and is able to pass background checks and meet corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance in the seating area.
• Understand building policies, procedures, and event requirements.
• Provide access control and crowd management, ensuring venue safety.
• Operate the elevator with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain restricted and barricaded areas for security purposes.
• Assist patrons entering the facility and scan tickets for events.
• Assist entering patrons into parking areas and collect admission.
