BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services Staff member in New Orleans. You will warmly welcome attendees, assist with needs, and help create memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering questions, and supporting event operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist event attendees with their needs.
• Assist with event set-up and signage placement.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness and adherence to venue policies.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism.
