Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join our venue services team in Greater Landover, MD. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service to event attendees and help ensure safe, smooth operations during events.

The role is part-time with flexible evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused and able to stay calm under pressure while guiding guests and supporting staff across event areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move during events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist attendees with their needs.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management as needed.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism.
