Fooda, Inc. is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to support onsite events in Irvine, CA. You will help set up, assist customers, and ensure smooth operations.

This role offers part-time hours (12 hours per week) Tue-Thu 10am-2pm, with opportunities to learn Fooda technology, improve hospitality skills, and connect with local restaurants. Must enjoy fast-paced environments and customer interaction.

Formación

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including onsite set-up, tear down, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality setup and customer experience.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures.
• Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with POS, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly with the consumer.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.
