Job summary

Très L.A. is seeking polished bartenders to join our on-call team for busy nights at Très L.A. Bistro & Bar and catering events at Pacific Design Center and other locations.

Ideal candidates have prior bartending experience in upscale settings, a guest-focused presence, strong cocktail knowledge, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, including occasional late nights up to 3:00 AM. Must have current Responsible Beverage Service certification where required.

• Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable with setup, breakdown, lifting, cleaning, and other event-service duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide bar service in restaurant and event settings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Set up, stock, break down, and clean bar stations.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready bar throughout the shift.
• Handle cash/POS transactions when assigned.
• Work closely with servers, captains, managers, and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and company policies.

Très L.A. is looking for polished, experienced bartenders to join our on-call team for busy nights atTrès L.A. Bistro & Bar, as well as select catering events atPacific Design Centerand other event locations.

This is ideal for bartenders looking to pick up occasional, high-quality shifts alongside another job or commitment. The schedule is sporadic and based on event and business needs, so applicants must have night and weekend availability.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, polished, and efficient bar service in a restaurant and event setting
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Set up, stock, break down, and clean bar stations before and after service
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready bar throughout the shift
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when assigned
• Work closely with servers, captains, managers, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
• Follow all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Prior bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, catering, event, or high-volume hospitality environment
• Polished, professional, guest-focused presence
• Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable with setup, breakdown, lifting, cleaning, and other physical event-service duties
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights—sometimes as late as3:00 AM
• Flexible availability and interest in picking up shifts as they become available
• Current Responsible Beverage Service certification, where required
