Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Night of Show Ancillary Seller to engage guests with venue amenities and promotions, including Premier Parking, Fast Lane, VIP options, and other upsells. You will handle transactions, verify tickets, and support setup and breakdown of event cabanas and signage.

The role is part-time and seasonal with required evening and weekend availability, involving walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• A strong attention to detail, outgoing personality, sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
• Promote and sell promotions or upsells at each event.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down cabanas, signs, tables, tents.
• Examine tickets or passes for authenticity.
• Process credit card transactions per guidelines.
• Balance cash out with supervisor at shift end.
• Inventory items before and after events.
• May fill in with other departments during peak times.
• Collaborate with venue team to close the venue after events.
