Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Wellness Nurse for a part-time 3pm-11pm shift. You will join a compassionate wellness team, supporting residents with health needs, care routines and accurate documentation to ensure high-quality daily care.

The role emphasizes medication management, care planning and collaboration with staff to maintain safety and improve residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in senior living preferred.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse in absence of leadership.
• Direct nursing care and medication management per regulations and policy.
• Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure staff are trained on residents' conditions.
• Document care and charting in electronic health records.
• Complete assessments and change-in-condition plans.
