Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Wellness Nurse for a part-time shift, 6am-2pm. The role includes medication management, care plan implementation, and maintaining safe, clean resident spaces.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with active LVN/LPN or RN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care oversight as Charge Nurse in absence of leadership.
• Manage medication orders, administration, storage and documentation.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and safe.
• Train care partners and medication assistants on resident needs.
• Document care promptly and accurately in electronic records.
