Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Wellness Nurse to join our team in Florida. This part-time role covers 3pm-11pm every other weekend, serving as trusted care provider and a key member of the wellness team in a senior living community.

You will support medication management, assist with self-medication, document care in the electronic health record, and respond to emergencies, with emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care and compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN or RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior living environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Charge Nurse in absence of ED/Director of Health & Wellness.
• Assist with medication orders, administration, storage and documentation.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and safe.
• Document care in the electronic health record accurately and timely.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
