Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Wellness Nurse to join our dedicated team in Fort Collins. The role focuses on nursing leadership, medication management, and resident care under state guidelines.

The position requires RN/LPN/LVN license, strong communication, and the ability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 2pm–10pm. Compensation reflects market rates and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse license required.
• Two years' experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must complete all company training programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Charge Nurse in the absence of leadership as needed.
• Direct medication management, orders, administration and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure care partners are trained on residents' conditions.
• Complete resident charting in the electronic health record.
• Prepare for emergencies and coordinate with wellness team.
