Courtyard Rochester Downtown is seeking a DRIVEN PM Server for the evening shift. You will work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately, greeting guests and taking orders with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This part-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and efficient service. Previous server experience and strong communication help you thrive in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
