• Manage resident lists and log packages for pick-up.
• Ensure mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail at the end of the day.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience with multi-line telephone switchboard

Reception and Customer Service experience

Ability to multi-task independently

Ability to work holidays
