Job summary

The Highlands in Topsham, ME is seeking a Concierge to support residents, families, and guests with a friendly, professional approach. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability and offers comprehensive benefits, daily pay, and opportunities to contribute to a caring, family-like atmosphere.

You will perform clerical duties, greet visitors, coordinate services, and assist in scheduling appointments and communicating with the Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with common office software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and route messages.
• Greet visitors and sign them in.
• Assist residents, families, and guests with requests and coordinate services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Maintain lobby and reception area appearance.
• Provide administrative support including typing, filing, and reports.
• Assist with recruitment activities as requested.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and confidentiality.
