Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in Florida Davenport and surrounding communities. You will use a field app, meet residents’ needs, and work from 8:00pm until finish (typically 2–3 hours).

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you will be part of a growing service-focused team. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to an open-bed pickup truck for most properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise and adhere to core values.
• Lift up to 25 lbs., climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather.
