Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will gather bagged trash from resident doorsteps using an assigned tote or cart and report via the company app.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Qualified candidates own an open-bed pickup truck or are willing to use one, have a valid driver’s license, and can work Sundays through Thursdays evenings for about 40 minutes per shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Utilize trash tote/cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings; work outdoors in various weather conditions.
